Reviews and Ratings
Staying on the ground floor near a busy street was a bit inconvenient, especially with the cold weather making a bath desirable. However, the newly furnished room was surprisingly quiet, comfortable, and had good facilities, even though a kettle was missing.
My stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were huge and high-ceilinged, providing a rare spaciousness that is hard to find in the heart of the old town. The quiet ambiance made my stay very comfortable, and I was impressed by the value for money this place offers. However, the only downside was the lack of some modern amenities.
My stay at the hotel was superb. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, exceeding my expectations in size and comfort. The service was outstanding, with the staff being friendly, helpful, and efficient. The location was ideal, close to key attractions yet in a serene area. While the dining experience was a downside, the overall value for money was excellent.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite being in need of an update, provided everything I needed including a hair-dryer and bathrobes. The location was convenient, with just a 10-minute walk to the Old Town market Square. The service was friendly and professional, but there were some disturbances from stag parties enjoying the cheap drinks in Krakow.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern and clean, making me feel comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile without even being asked. The location was superb, right in the center of the city, making it convenient to explore the nearby attractions. The dining experience was good overall, with a variety of options to choose from. The facilities were top-notch, providing a great overall experience.
